Dakings Return & Rework Policy
1 Rework Handling
If any parts do not meet the approved drawings or technical requirements, and this is confirmed with you as unacceptable, we will arrange rework based on the specific situation.
2 Return Handling
If the parts you received do not meet your quality expectations, please first share the issue details with us. We will assess the most appropriate solution, which may include rework or return. For issues confirmed to be caused by our production, Dakings will take responsibility accordingly.
3 Feedback for Rework / Return
If you have any concerns about the received parts, to help us evaluate the issue quickly and accurately, we kindly suggest providing relevant inspection information—such as identified problem points, inspection methods, or photos/videos from your testing. We will analyze the information and propose a follow-up action plan as soon as possible.
4 Quality Period & Response Time
Our quality guarantee period is 60 to 180 days. To ensure timely handling, we recommend checking the parts upon receipt and providing feedback as early as possible. If any issues arise, we will create an initial action plan within 48 hours after receiving your feedback and initiate the 8D analysis process accordingly.
5 Cost Responsibility
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production, Dakings will cover the related costs—including rework and return logistics. The final handling plan will be subject to mutual confirmation.
6 Customer-Driven Changes
If the rework/return request is due to design modifications, drawing updates, or other non-quality factors after production, we will confirm the revised cost and lead time with you before proceeding.
